No website, no system, no consistency
This local beauty salon had built a loyal client base through word of mouth alone, but had no website and no advertising running anywhere besides boosting posts from time to time (which does nothing in the grant scheme of things). Enquiries came in randomly: some days one, most days none.

Before any ads ran, the salon needed somewhere for traffic to land. Clear calls to action, simple navigation, built around getting people to enquire. And, as for everyone else, we built landing pages specifically for the ad campaign we ran for them.

With the landing page live, we ran campaigns targeting people in the salon's area, testing creative and audiences early on. Our main focus was on optimising offers and the funnel to make people come in for consultations and then be offered the treatments.
